Only reason i am giving one star is because i cant give a no star rating, otherwise there would be no star...Terrible service, on the phone and the driver. Pizza was not cooked, twice, and no lettuce when I ordered a donair and it came with the wrong sauce, second time I received it, there was no sauce and no cheese. Didn't get a refund for uncooked pizza and wrong donair twice and was hung up on. Don't eat here, absolutely terrible. Don't know how to run a bussines, incompetent

Business doesn't allow you to post reviews on their FB page which tells you a lot. I even posted a (bad) review under Visitor Posts and it never showed up. Ordered zucchini only for it to be smaller portion than what has previously been given, stuffed into a completely closed box allowing it to condensate and get soggy. They forgot the dip so I went back in and the girl actually asked ME what kind of dip came with it. Get home and open the box to disgustingly undercooked zucchini. How hard is it to deep fry zucchini? Honestly. Tasted like nothing but batter. Will never, ever go here again. Not to mention the staff are all braindead and like to walk around in pajama pants (Wtf?!) The place is disgusting too. I'm really surprised that a health inspector doesn't shut them down. If you can get there, go to Milano's in Arnprior. Chris knows how to run a Milano's right!

what a Dump !!! tonight we had out of town company , the kids were hungry and it was 9 pm, so we decided to order a Pizza from this Milano's in Renfrew, they told us it was a mandatory $10 delivery to our location , we said okay , our order was a little over $38 .. I called at 9:19 pm , I was told by the young lady on the phone our food would arrive in about 45 min, at 10: 20 , our food had not yet arrived , so I called back , and the same young lady said it should be there in 5-10 mins , it is now 11:04 Pm , and no food has arrived , their location is now closed . So the next day I had to call them to see what happened , they did not call me , the young lady apologized , turns out the NEW driver had no clue where she was going because they gave her the WRONG street name . So they offered our order for free , I receiced a medium pizza in a large box , and was told they ordered the boxes to big by accident . So I measured the box 15in, and I measured the pizza in it , 12 inches .. I then called Milano's in Arnprior and they informed me that yes a large pizza is in fact a 15 in pizza . then I called 4 locations in Ottawa who all verified that a large is 15 in. SO SHE LIED TO ME !! . the pizza was half cooked and very doughy , we didnt eat it , we through it out . some customer service that is ... they should be ashamed of themselves . we went in to speak to the manager , but the manager is conveniently never available , and the place is an eye sore , very dirty and old looking , the staff were standing around gabbing , and ignored us for almost 15 mins , we then got a snappy " how can I help you " .. NEVER , EVER , AGAIN !! . over priced , not good quality food to start with . LIARS !!!! NO COURTESY OR LOYALTY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS .. I plan to report this to the the head office do not give these fuktard hillbillies your money

Excellent pizza, but some of the worst shawarma I've had (more a pita with lettuce). It's hard to tell if I should be full after eating half a head of lettuce.
