Steinhafels Furniture

Stopped in just because we were driving by and had time to look around. We walked in and noticed a flyer for a sale on sectionals, which were displayed in front and rather comfortable. We were then greeted and asked what I was looking for. After a few great questions by the design team they directed me to a budget friendly and exactly what I had imagined sectional. I had an amazing experience and will go back for future furniture needs.

We will NEVER shop here again. We placed a large order with the design department 2 months ago and are still waiting for the majority of our items. We were told we would get the best price doing it this way, but there is no way to tell, as they cannot produce a clear duplicate receipt that shows the original price and the discounted price. We have repeatedly requested a clear itemized receipt from our designer, Dawn, but have never received a complete one. Dawn is only available 3 days a week, so she is difficult to get a hold of. As it stands today, we have paid in excess of $15,000 and have only received a couple items. The lack of communication and response from everyone at this store has been astonishing. We have attempted to contact Rich, who we believe is her superior, but he has not returned our calls. Our calls to the store manager have also gone unanswered. Once they received the $12,000 plus deposit, it seemed like we were nonexistent. Imagine a store manager who does not have the decency to even return your call after you have just spent thousands of dollars at his store! This is an example of customer service at its worse. Please don't make the same mistake we made. Shop elsewhere. This has been the WORST customer service experience we have ever had and we will NEVER shop at Steinhafels again.

My wife and I got the best bed from Steinhafels. With a awesome power base and fantastic mattress. The sales associate did all he could to make sure it was a win win. I will be making all of our future furniture purchases from Steinhafels. I am truly impressed by how much they care. Thank you very much.

Beautiful store, salespeople very knowledgeable about their products, and very willing to answer your questions. Store is very unique in that it has a children's play area, and bathroom that is meant for the kids and not adults. The store also has a snack area with fresh baked cookies, with chairs and tables to rest in. The store shows that a lot of thought went into the planning and decorating. The store has a lot of beautiful antiques that have been Incorporated into the design of the store. I will be returning to the store to purchase additional furniture. Wow!

We had very nice experience with Steinhafels deliveries. Our furniture were delivered on 2 different dates; on both days they called me and updated about the time. When they reached they were very quick and professional to unload and setup the sectional and bed etc. They even helped me moving out my old furniture per my request. I am happy and recommend them.
