Dr Stein is great but his secretaries really need to work on their customer service skills and how to talk to patients in general, will never go back

Very rude staff. Especially Fernanda! She yells at you and calls you a liar. Takes your card. Charges the government and she says the doctor will not see you! This place is very dirty. No hygiene at all... i will complain to the government. She acts like she owns the place and dictates.

They're not grungy, just Portuguese lmao. All jokes aside Dr Stein is a great doctor, had my daughter there since was an infant. Staff know everyone and are quite decent folk. Only downside is they're only open 4 hours day

There's teapots absolutely everywhere collecting dust and affirming that this clinic is never cleaned. All the health posters are over 20 years old. So I assume that was the last time the place was cleaned. Waited an hour to see the doc, even though there was 2 people ahead of me.
