Dr. Kaplovitchits the best doctor. He delivered me in 1987, and now I am 36 years old. He delivered two of my nieces, and he also delivered my first daughter and my youngest daughter. Whenever I go into his office, I will see my baby picture when I was born. He actually listens and gives me advice when I am going through my problems. I just hope he doesn't retire.

Dr. Kaplovitch is one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure of knowing. Hands down. A good family friend recommended him when we were about to have our second son, and over 20 years later, he's still our family doctor. The birth of our first son was traumatic and filled with a mistrust of those in the medical field, but with Dr. Kap, our second son's birth was nothing of the sort. He was cool, calm, and collected as everything around him was hectic. He never makes you feel rushed, and will answer your queries in a way that puts you at ease. I honestly don't know what we'll do when he retires.

I started at this clinic with an amazing doctor who has since moved on and am now looking for a new GP Your experience can be vastly different depending on who you deal with, some workers here are amazing and some are always very short with you and rude. The past few interactions for me have been incredibly negative, a new policy demanding I state why I need to see a doctor when making the appointment in a busy waiting room makes a personal issue embarrassingly public and should not be mandatory due to confidentiality issues. I now prefer to spend hours in walk-in clinics rather than fight with individuals here over procedures and paperwork that used to be handled instantly in the past.

Dr. Weisbrod is the best! I've been a patient of his for 3 or 4 years now, and I've never had doubts that he cares about his patients and their concerns. Would highly recommend him to anyone I know or meet. The phone lines are another story: usually always busy and you get out on hold, however, making appointments is easy and pretty flexible and you can usually be seen within a few days to a week

RIP Dr Fogel. Ty for your services as “as good as you ever will be” I appreciate everything you. I’m giving a 1 because as a whole business and a clinic. You left me crying, worried, concerned on what I’ll do as a person whose left with no family doctor. And you don’t think you should be held accountable for the complete unprofessional way you handle this. I basically was left was with “figure it out yaself we ain’t taking Dr Fogels patients” oh okay. Thanks for helping, you sure showing us how much you really care for patients lol. Got everyone fooled.

When I researched walk-in clinic on google map, this clinic is showing up on the map. But they don’t accept any walk-in patients. You should announce it if you don’t take any walk-in. It was waste my time.

Dr. Barbara Dziewaltowska-Gintowt was rude and insensitive.

Dr. Weisbrod is excellent. He really cares about his patients. If he's away, they will book you with one of the other doctors who share the clinic.

Been going to see Dr. Kaplovitch since I arrived in Canada 24 years ago. He’s such a warm wonderful family MD. He delivered both of my babies and i’m truly happy for the care he has provided my family. The wait time can be improved, but otherwise no other complaints.

I’ve been a patient for 6+ years and every time I call the receptionists are never welcoming they are dry and have the worse attitude. Dr. Chetman has a cold and bland personality and doesn’t seem like he cares much about his patients.
