Ipp Moshe Dr Pediatrcn

The medical team Doctors Goldbach, Ipp and Cole are great. We had a positive experience but the receptionists are a nightmare. I have never dealt with such cold emotionless, rude, unprofessional and indifferent medical administrators. It’s so frustrating that their behaviour goes on. Clearly I am not the only expressing my awful experience with them. There are so many people looking for jobs and these people clearly don’t care for theirs or for the patients they are servicing. Why not offer it to someone who actually wants it and does their job with ethics and level of professionalism. The Doctors are great and given that it’s impossible to find pediatrician accepting new patients we are forced to deal with the office witches. Very disappointed.

At Sunnybrook hospital, Dr. Ipp demanded I stop breastfeeding my one day old newborn who was just learning how to latch so he can medically examine him. When I asked him to kindly return so I can finish breastfeeding, he said no and demanded I stop. Disgusting behaviour.

Dr. Goldbach is an amazing doctor for many reasons - he truly understands the importance of making parents feel at ease, and has a lot of experience. We met him while at the birthing ward at Sunnybrook, and immediately my wife and I knew we wanted to have our daughter in his care. He has a fun sense of humour, which is a bonus. Dr. Goldbach made several calls to my wife to put her mind at ease during our first year as parents - I can't recommend this doctor highly enough.

Dr. Ipp is an amazing pediatrician and has provided excellent care to both our children. However, it is extremely hard to get anyone on the phone, requiring 10-15+ attempts just to get through. @Dr. Ipp, please improve your phone system! It is very concerning for parents to not be able to make an appointment with you, especially when our children need to be seen unexpectedly or outside of normal 9/5 hours.

Dr. Cole and her team are amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. We are with them almost 4 years, I have my 2 kids and we have not complaints. My baby had a heart problem and she detected right away and refer me with another amazing specialist for an appointment same day. They always available, if Dr. Cole wasn't, the other 2 dr. Will be and all are super good, so I was happy anyways.

Dr. Morton Goldbach is AMAZING! He is knowledgeable, very experienced, patient enough to dumb down everything for us to understand. Our baby had tear duct blockage we were there to see him for something else and he Dr. Goldbach noticed his tear duct issue and Dr. Goldbach fixed it right away by just pressing on it. He also taught us how to do it and how much pressure we need to apply but we didn’t have to repeat it ourselves since he got it fixed right there. Reception was very nice and friendly. I was a bit worried by reading other comments about his receptionist. But the lady called us to confirm appointment and the lady we met at the clinic are both very sweet.

The receptionist is a complete joke. Extremely rude and a liar. Said that she left me a message and what her message said was "this is the doctor office calling back" and then she hung up. She didn't say anything about any appointments or anything. She never ever answers the phone and then says oh the phones didn't ring all day, she always puts the phone on do not disturb. I have seen a ton of bad reviews about her on here and I don't know how she still has a job but whoever is in charge needs to fire her asap. Dr Mara Cole is an AMAZING doctor and my review for her is 10/5 because she is the best part about this place ! My kids adore her. But man that receptionist is the worst such a dread to speak with and insists she is always right... I can't stand that woman. Get rid of herrrrrrrrrrrrr

Unbelievably rude staff. When I called to inquire about my sons medical records, that I needed faxed to a new clinic, the receptionist yelled at me that it would take over a month and then insisted it was "normal." Having had several doctors fax our medical records to clinics in our new home, I know this is not normal. It means my son can not get care where we live. This is shameful an unethical. The receptionist here has no business dealing with the general public.

The Dr is amazing and knowledgeable and never makes us wait long to be seen,but getting to him is the problem. The receptionist is an utter nightmare of a woman,every time you call to set an appointment she never picks up the phone and when you come in physically to set one,she yells at you to call,and claims you never did. I had placed 18 calls once and even showed her the times the calls were placed but she dismissed that as a lie. And for that reason alone this clinic isn't worth the time.

Dr. Goldbach is great! He is very caring and helpful! We really appreciate his care as our daughter's pediatrician. Thank you!
