I know Dr. Alvin Chan and has always gone out of his way to assist me, my kids or my wife+. I also praise Dr. Lee and all the staff.

I showed up as a “walk-in” without an appointment and was seen by the doctor within 10 minutes. The staff were pleasant, as well as courteous and the doctor I saw, was very professional. What more could you ask for?

The rudest, most unprofessional receptionist I have ever encountered. Shocking that Dr Chan would allow that public display of crass and uneducated behavior supposedly representing his practice.

Apathetic doctor. Told me I dont need physio after tearing my ligament when I specifically asked for it. Ignored my request for a referral i need because he "only writes one referral per visit". Clinic only accepts cash

Kid had an ear ache. Ended up being a super huge infection. Had no time for my family dr to care for the kid and went there jsut because i was walking around the area. Was surprised and pleasantly surprused to know that Dr Chang treated my kid sooooo kindly and gave a prescription wothout a problem
