Travis the technician was really nice although there was a few areas missed in the bedroom, bedroom door had a hook with a lot of stuff hanging on the back of the door so it doesn't shut all the way, it was not shampooed behind the door, a few spots that I saw after he left and I hit them with the damn cloth and they came right up! The owner was very rude on the phone, I was trying to give directions to get to my apartment from inside the inside the complex and he wouldn't even let me talk and the technician actually did park in the wrong area! I just realized that there's normal carpet cleaning and steam cleaning I'm not even sure which one I got for $95Service: Carpet steam cleaning
