Scanlon's Cleaners Uptown

Scanlon’s Cleaners has been taking care of my cleaning needs for over a year. I was hesitant to start spending the money, but I absolutely hate ironing my shirts. I found it more affordable than I imagined and the customer service has been great. The employees address me by name and take a sincere interest in my life. Using a dry cleaner has freed up time and energy and has yielded me more time to focus on growing my company.

Went to drop off two military uniforms for have new rank put on. I told them I needed done before May 14th. Now that I called back today their telling me sometime at the end of this week or next week. After I explained that I'm being promoted so I have to have them by the 13th of May. They don't know how to talk to customers or how to call the customer and let them know it might take longer then expected.

The only problem about this place I did not like was, oh everything. The young boy whom took my jeans did not pay attention to which holes needed to be fixed. The seamstress they use out in Phoenicia made it seem as though it was extremely inconvienient to be on the phone with me talking about which holes to patch. She was so unwilling to help me that I told her to bring my clothes back to Esposito's. When I picked them up, there were holes even bigger than when I dropped off on the womens jeans. I guess they werent "big enough" for her. I am NEVER going back.
