It’s really not that bad, however, I really wish there were more triple load washers. Also, the dryers sometimes change to a lower temperature setting randomly.

Clean, big washers and they have a bathroom. Attendant on staff at all times for assistance. I like the fact they use cards for the machines.

This place is not only unreliable , they are thieves.
Incompetence at it's worst.  I hadn't been here for a few years, because the last 2 previous  times I had my laundry washed and folded, some of my clothes were stolen. Out of convenience, I decided to try it again.  I intended to do my own laundry.  The cash machine was broken, and they don't accept credit cards.  So I asked the girl at the counter if they could do my wash and fold, and have it done by 5:00 pm. She immediately said yes. I confirmed that it would be done by 5:00 pm and left.  When I returned at 5:30 that evening I was told it will be ready at 6:30.  
It set me back an hour and ruined dinner plans I had with friends.
