Successful class action and personally represented over 2000 individual clients. Damages estimated over $50 million. One of the largest personal injury awards in Canadian history.
$1.7 Million – Motorcycle Accident
Husband and Father of two children was riding his motorcycle when he was struck by a vehicle and sustained serious orthopedic injuries. Multiple defendants involved due to insurance coverage issues and intoxication of defendant driver. Client was awarded $1,700,000.
$1.32 Million – Multiple Car Accidents
Husband and Father of two children was involved in two car accidents sustaining serious orthopedic injuries and mild head injury. Case was resolved at mediation prior to trial and settled for $1,325,000.
$1.12 Million – Motor Vehicle Accident
Young adult sustain serious orthopedic injuries when struck from a hit and run driver. Insurance coverage was an issue. Client was awarded $1,120,750.
