I finally received a courtesy call from one of the lawyers after TWO LONG YEARS from the time of my accident. 
To get my business, one of their paralegals had me signed all the papers on the next day of my accident. Not even a single important information was disclosed at that time. Ever since then I was putting effort and my time to commute to places for assessments and physiotherapy that I needed. But not once did i receive a call from the Law Office as i had requested on the very first date. 
They would only contact you if they need your signature or your presence for their benefit. When it comes to the needs of the customer, they look the other way.

Its a sad truth but Law office of Paul Barrafato is a team that will not lend you a hand when you need it but rather take advantage of your bad time to their own benefit.
