Story

Jeff was born and raised on a farm just north of Owen Sound, Ontario. He received his undergraduate degree in Psychology and his LL.B from the University of Western Ontario, where he volunteered at Community Legal Services as a caseworker. He was called to the Bar in 2002. Since that time, he has focused his practice on personal injury and insurance matters. In particular, he has significant experience dealing with automobile accidents, slip and fall cases and property claims.

He assists those who need specialized representation in personal injury and insurance matters. Jeff has experience before all levels of Court in Ontario, as well as appearing before numerous specialized tribunals including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, which regulates disputes between insurers and their clients.

He works with a very well respected lawyer, Gerald A. Swaye, who has 49 years of experience in personal injury claims.

Being involved in a MVA and being injured is one of the most life changing events I have ever went thru. I had no idea how much it would change my life and my future plans. I have to say that the team at Swaye Crannie Boyd and specifically Jeff, Susan, and Keri have been outstanding throughout the entire process...
