Love it here! Yes there can be a long wait at times but it is worth it! Workers are always nice and polite. Drinks and food is always wonderful. This is my GO TO STARBUCKS!
Although sometimes online order ahead is unavailable it's understandable cause sometimes there's not enough ppl to work the front and drove through. And yet ppl still stay in the drive thru line for ages so that says something abt this branch . I love it and the service is amazing- very nice ppl on the staff

Sorry but this is ridiculous. Watched several people walk in, clearly just order on the app in store, get their beverage, and walk out before my simple order. Did I mention we also ordered about 8-10 minutes before we arrived.
Extremely slow and unorganized. Couldn't handle the rush of the day. I went inside ordered a simple brewed coffee and the person coming after me received his coffee before me. Definitely surprising because the cashier usually makes the brewed coffee because it is simple. Maybe just a bad day.
Had a Mocha Cookie Crumble frappe. It was delicious. The staff was nice and friendly and the store was clean. Will definitely go back.

Quick service, wasn't busy at 10AM. Got yelled at for leaning on a table while waiting on my overpriced beverage.
