Lovely spot that recently upgraded to a bigger space and with a bigger kitchen. All the food here is homemade and really good. We usually go on the weekends after soccer practice. Can't wait for them to do dinner!
So I stopped coming here after covid as their service suffered because new people… I get that so I stopped by today and It’s a lot better!!!! I’m very happy because their coffee is the best in town. Their waffles and breakfast food is amazing. They also have great bakery items like muffins and scones but you will have to ask.Recommended dishesHoney Vanilla, Egg Sandwich
Addis cafe: like no other! Best Ethiopian coffee pour overs, espresso drinks, seasonal drinks, muffins, home made scones, savory and sweet waffles, and more. My favorite neighborhood cafe. Unique take on waffles. Very very good flavors. Very friendly service. A little slow, but it is a small place and they get busy.
I had the Salted Carmel waffles and a side of eggs. The salted Carmel waffles were to die forrrrr! So amazing. The eggs were okay; they could have used more flavor. I also got a Ice Chai Tea latte; Oat milk, salted Carmel, pumpkin spice and honey w/ whipped cream! It was the bomb! The service was out of this world ! Stopped by this cafe and we were blown away by the burst of flavors we were served. Our chechebsa, scone, waffle and all lattes were excellent. Will return for the food the exceptional service! The chai is a must try.
Staff was nice. Cozy and chill vibe. Double shot espresso was sweet and great. The pumpkin scone was warm and flavorful. Decor has art displays that's available for purchase. One thing ng to note is that it is echoey inside. Overall it was good. Prices are well as I paid just over $6 altogether.
Coffee lovers, this is your spot! Visited Addis recently and was throughly impressed. Soon as you walk in, you're greeted with the delightful smell of waffles. I ordered the Housemade Chai and a Blueberry muffin, and my husband ordered a Mocha. We visit coffee shops a lot so we know when we're getting quality! Our drinks were tasteful, smooth, and made with latte art. My muffin was scrumptious... I honestly wanted a second, but I held myself back! Next time, we'll be back to try some of their other specialty drinks and waffles.
I’m glad my girlfriend and I decided to stop at this spot. The place is so cozy, love the decor and also really liked how they are supporting local artists by having their items on display so anyone can buy. The waffles are so yummy with a sublime texture: slight crisp/crunch exterior. I dream about them and get them every time I come through town. Owner is so friendly and warm.Food: 5/5
