Hands down one of the best starbucks in town (Kelowna) the crew is always super happy and super excited to help you. If you ask them what they recommend they are happy to help. Along with helping me though my horrible cold with the most amazing drink that they recommended. Thank you for always making my day😇😇

So dissatisfied .......  This store always runs out of the most popular items.  Just put my eggs in the bag couldn't even cut them to eat them.

Though the staff at this location are great, the physical set-up of this very popular drive-thru location means that it can be difficult to actually get into the line.

Great coffee but the staff was quite slow in the presentation of a turkey paninni. It took almost 20 minutes to receive my sandwich after payment. Does it really take that long to reheat a fully prepared sandwich?

It was open on Christmas. It's a Christmas tradition of mine to have a festive coffee on Christmas day and it was here. Thanks for being open on the holiday.
