This is the absolute last time I go here. Completely unorganized. Line up out the door and the people at the till are stocking their stations. Staff is rude and aloof. I watched one of the cooks slam my wrap down so hard on the counter I'm surprised it's still intact. 

I have worked in customer service my whole life. Your managers should be embarrassed at the quality of service and undertrained staff.

Just waited 10 min in line, ordered a Caeser salad and was asked to pull around to the front and wait more cause it's not ready.

Amazingly FAST service, if you have to choose between the timmies JUST down the road, the service here is WAAAY better. The staff was great, probably 6 football fields away (probably a 5 min walk) would save you 10-15 minutes in wait time. I was late for work my first day of work because of the other shop. THIS ONE IS BETTER.
