Starbucks

Terrible costumer service, and awful tasting Caffé Mestos. You're likely to be ignored by the baristas at the cashier till, and at the pick-up counter if you need anything else after your long awaited drink is ready for you. The wait time for a drink order was way too long for the 5 baristas who were working there at once. Mcdonald's is fsster. It was steady busy, but not overly busy there. Not a single barista asked me if I needed anything, how they could help me, or what they could get me. I had to raise my voice over the noise and avoiding eyes to ask for what I needed, otherwise I'd would have continued to be ignored in silence even though I was a large figure standing there with my drink lid back off of the cup, and my drink giving off a lot steam into the air. Ridiculous. There are many costumers over the years that have complained about this at this location on these exact Google reviews. The Dilworth Street location has high quality costumer service, including reasonable timing in receiving your drink, and that location is the busiest one in the whole area of WK and Kelowna combined. Go elsewhere!

I came to get a quick coffee, I didn’t get any kind of greeting, all the staff just walking around looking busy but not even helping the customers standing in line. Took such a long time to finally place my order and no apology for the wait or anything. This is not normal service at all, it’s extremely slow and not friendly. Just odd stares from staff, a smile or a greeting goes a long way in customer service

Iv never put 2 stars anywhere im all about positivity! But this is too much. Yesterday at 2:50 “ish” I walked in to get just one americano I left with that coffee at 3:30 ish ! The staff were lovely it was not their fault at all this is management. Why you have only 3 staff on at that time of day. Apparently this is always like this. Do Better!!!! Not fair on ur staff and those deserve “ staff of the month “ because they were so polite and calm .nThis is not ok, it breaks down moral and willingness to want to work there.nnI feel so petty leaving this because all my reviews are happy, but this bothered me.

I'm a partner at another starbucks, but live much closer to this one, so it's the one I come through most often.nI can't say much for in-store experiences, but the drive-through is almost always spectacular. They are fast, efficient, and friendly.nTanya is my absolute favorite, and she always puts a smile on my, or my mom's face.nOverall I always have a pleasant, if not spectacular experience at this starbucks.

This is the cleanest Starbucks I've ever been to. Seriously. I can see my reflection on every surface in here. So impressive!
