Outstanding customer service! I was blown away by each and every staff member. Each of them were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy! Even though each were busy with their own tasks, they all made sure to acknowledge and greet me at the first opportunity. Whoever is doing the hiring for this location is doing an impressive job, please keep it up!!

This is by far the best Starbucks location in all of Kelowna! They NEVER get our drinks wrong! Their line always moves fast. And some of the staff are really great amazing people :)

This is a regular Starbucks menu place ... simply put it's the staff that makes this place standout.  The staff are decent likeable kind people that I feel comfortable around. You're a fantastic group of individuals ... you are the 5 stars!

Super friendly staff, I went in to get a 1lb of espresso only to find that they only had Christmas coffee in the store.... Absolutely no core coffee. I often find when I go my drink is made incorrectly the first time. The store itself is fairly new and well maintained, never dirty.

Great service and great coffee, every time.  I also really appreciate the fact that they support our local schools with fundraisers, donating coffee and other products.
