Staff are very pleasant. Great at delivering the basics -coffee. But found it less that helpful when it came to purchasing other things. We like using Starbucks syrup at home with our coffee. Found this place less than helpful when attempting to purchase a replacement bottle. Had to resort to ordering on-line.

Customer Service ??? A lady and her partner in front of us asked the red haired girl at the cash to recommend something different than her usual (can't remember what), and the girl said that she "could not" because she "didn't like coffee" !!!
