Bit of a wait and the tables weren’t too clean but nice people and food was good

Service not the best, and as at most fast food places, I find that the price is more then what the food is worth.

I was very disgusted with the attitude of the assistant manager named Julie. She has no customer service relation training and should NOT be an assistant manager. She is a very difficult person and creates problems for customers. I have already put in a formal complaint. She should be fired and I will tell everyone to not come back to this location as long as she is still working there. Very disappointing.

Service was mediocre at best, even for a McDonald's, but it seems that the issues aren't surrounding the employees but the horrible management structure that the Lanark County McDonald's seems to be plagued with.

Such friendly faces...great attitudes...and awesome service...started my morning off right :)
