Used to be great with accommodating my Gluten Free allergy, within the last month or so I haven't had any success, and staff refused to fix their mistakes

The store used to be a go to for me, however in the past month or so the quality of the food and the service has drastically declined with multiple orders being late on delivery to cold meals being given to me at pick-up. whatever you did to that store, please reverse it because you are quickly losing a once loyal customer

Delivery always on time or before. Coupons always honored. Service always great. Will admit in the past service was lacking but they seemed to have greatly improved on that in all aspects. Thanks!

Got free pizza due to the order taking an hour to get to the house. Now they won't deliver to us anymore. My business goes else where now.

We ordered delivery, our place is newer to town so sometimes it's hard to find the correct address totally understandable! But instead of the store or delivery driver from town to call us some corporate man from Toronto called to figure out how to get here. Then while waiting on hold I am hung up on and not called back to confirm the confusion. Finally when the pizza got here not only was the pizza cold but our delivery driver set our pizza and salad on the ground while my boyfriend signed the receipt! This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a pizza place going to check out other ones in town hopefully situations like this will be better handled by them!
