Fat Albert's Subs & Pizzas

Great hometown sub place. We were in town for volleyball and I love the small town local places. Did not disappoint. The sub was filling and great. Cheaper than many chain places too. Good bread. Next time I will try the pizza. Only negative is at least right now, pick up only. No seating there. Not sure if always been that way or not.

My favorite pizza so far in grand forks. A proper-thin bottom crust and good seasoning. The white bbq wings are unusual and definitely worth trying: tangy, savory, crunchy and quite delicious. Once I started in on them I couldn’t stop until they were all gone! Looking forward to trying the sandwiches next after going 2/2 so far

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST . I’ve been coming here for years . I order the same thing every time . Crunchy poor boy , no lettuce and no FA sauce . Add hot peppers . If I forget the staff remember how I like the sandwich. The sandwich is so consistent it is always delicious and fresh . The pizza is really good too . Thanks Slap shot your amazing !

It's kinda gone a bit down hill since I first started ordering, and they no longer serve onion rings, which is a major disappointment. The price doesn't really match the quality of the food.Food: 3/5

Atomic subs smaller than a bologna sandwich now. Soft veggies and not worth half price. Good luck.

The girls making the food in the back were extremely obnoxious, screaming about "I don't know what the f+ck I'm making, who cares" then laughing about it. Watched them toss someone's bagged sub across the the room to the other one. Zero customer interactions. Their food still tasted good as usual, but customer service does actually matter.

We've been eating the same sub for 45 years. It's the German pepperoni. Ask for sauerkraut instead of lettuce. Also comes with cheese, onions, tomatoes & white sauce. Warm it up a bit then get more white sauce on side to dip it in. We la la love it!

The guys working here are about as excited as a professional bunion remover. I feel dirty every time I walk into the place cause I don’t think it’s had a cleaning since the late 80’s. But hot diggity, it’s the bacon club sandwich that keeps me gritting my teeth, slapping the clothespin on my nose, and coming back.

Hands down my favorite pizza in town! The crust is great, toppings are top notch and they definitely load it up.
