I am happy with this location for there kind staff and for getting my order right

Very clean, organized and good service! We had such a good relaxing time because wasn't busy. I have my favorite drink is matcha green tea frappuccino with almond milk and whipped cream, only drink I liked at all time but I felt like it was tasteless here, not too tasty if compared to every locations I used to order before. And my stepdaughter said the same thing about her strawberry frappuccino drink. Lemon loaf was really delicious moise and fluffy. And thank you so the free garden soil, awesome! For the washroom have to ask barista to unlock the door for you.

staff is friendly. Manager is exceptionally rude. she messes up and puts the blame on her staff. She's also really rude to customers.

Great service and the staff were very friendly. The parking is a little tight but the seats inside are comfortable. There are four comfy brown chairs that is noticeable in most Starbucks and of course these types of chairs are amazingly soft and relaxing. There is a room off to the left side when you enter, which is actually a nice design layout. The lighting is surprisingly well suited to the layout and it gives you an atmospheric feel. The earthy tones are always a plus, since the overall feeling is peaceful. I watched as a customer stated that something was wrong with their drink and the staff were very accommodating. Overall it was very clean and well taken care of. There is a ramp access a little bit away but not far enough to be annoying.

This used to be my go to Starbucks until they started charging and extra 43 cents to top my drink up with water. The manager Georgia insists it’s policy, one staff member was actually understanding and good at her job that doesn’t change the fact the manager and other staff were rude and incompetent.nnThey said it’s just 43 cents and that’s exactly my point, why do you need 43 cents extra to top up my drink with water lol
