Tim Hortons

Two days ago I saw two employees dragging trash on the ground because it was too heavy for their weak little arms, the garbage smearing across the pavement and ripping the bag, I asked my cousin to pull over to watch them rip this bag open trying to throw it in the bin. The one employee that pathetically dragged the bag to the bin let's his female coworker handle tossing it in, she then ripped the bag and food and coffee cups went all over, we laughed at them and left. 5/5 experience, definitely deserve 15$/hr.

This place is an awesome point meeting...with friends or your family..... a lot of respect is been giving to each and everyone ...while sipping a great coffee and having either lunch or a donut..... come in and feel the warmth that people gives you once you say Hi!

My bf and I went here the other day we order a turkey bacon club meal with no tomato. And a turkey bacon club sandwich. And two coffees. We specified the no tomato. On the sandwich. As my bf is highly allergic. We waited about 20 mins before we received our food. Sat down and my boyfriend's sandwich had tomatoes . so I had to go back and have them make another one. We received the correct order finally. Our coffees where ready. After our food was. Pretty disappointed. I'm glad my bf checked his sandwich. Before biting into it or things could have been much worse. I will no longer be going to this Tim's

There is a girl working at this location on Tuesday at around 2pm named Laura. An older gentlman yelled at you for not getting his sugar on the side correct you apologized and promptly fixed it without being rude to someone who was being ignorant to you. I just want you to know, you are doing a great job. Don't let the older generation make you feel like you are less just because he grew up in a time when their motto was "the customer is always right". They are, unless they are jerks.

If you can go anywhere else, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Was lied to after paying for my meal about them not having hashbrowns, called them afterwards and asked if they had them AND THEY DID. Not only that but every inch of my order was dead wrong. I called the manager to complain and was HUNG UP ON. Worst service I've ever had. What a god damn joke. These ladies need to learn how to work some simple stations in this restaurant. Feels like I was just served by disabled monkeys. -10 stars
