Tim Hortons

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location, and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. First, I noticed a fly inside one of the donuts I purchased, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the service was very poor. The staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and slow. Overall, this visit was very disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to improve both the cleanliness and customer service at this location. I won’t be returning anytime soon.nn---

I stopped to get a Gift card.nThe staff were friendly & Fast , I wish they had envelopes or Gift card Sleeves during the Festival Season.

Ok I have been to many Tim Hortons in my life all over the province - this one is by far the worst. Even my hangry teenager son said to me that something is not right. He can eat a cardboard if he is hungry.nI got a box of 6 donuts around 2 pm. ALL of them were not fresh to my Tim Hortons standards!!!! Honey Dip ones on the top left were so dry and wrinkled, they must have been over a day old. They actually look better in the photo..!!! Vanilla Dip looked fine but when you flip them over - voila! More wrinkly old dry donuts under the icing and sprinkles!!nThe only donut that my son ate was the Double Chocolate, which was hard to tell if it were old or not, because the donut was the more dense kind, not the fluffy kind. And we actually ordered Chocolate Dip, but we got the Double Chocolate - a wrong order gone right I guess. Literally 5 donuts out of 6 in the box were old and stale.nI am not sure if it would have been better if we did not go through the Drive Through, because you would have been able to see the donuts and pick them out yourself. However, I find it very deceptive and wrong for them to sell non-sellable old donuts to customers who go through the drive through, because most of them will not be turning back to return the items once they are on the road again, or often would not even find out what donuts they just bought until later.!!!nThey did not even give a receipt for the purchase as if they don’t want to leave any evidence of their wrongdoings. These were not from this store, where is your proof..?!?nnWe will not be returning to this location ever again and will let others know to avoid this one. So disappointed and upset. I should have read all the 1 star reviews of this one before coming..!!!!nnOh and they had no Canadian Maple, no Long John, no Boston Cream… at 2 pm in the afternoon! And the only ones I received were old.. maybe they don’t bake everyday like they should and recycle their donuts!?! How do they even stay open as Tim Hortons?!? The HQ should do a major quality control audit for this location if they do any!

Every time, I thought of giving this location another chance, I always get disappointed. The people at the drive through always look confused and in rush. I am not sure what example you are setting if you only focus on serving customers as fast as you could but ignoring quality and other things in line. I am listing one experience out of so many terrible experiences that I had; one day, they made my order wrong Made me a small steep tea triple- triple instead of a large 2 cream and 2.5 sugar when I confronted about the wrong order, they poured the small cup of tea in a large cup in front of me, I was shocked of how they are messing the order with the amount of cream and sugar. Then, when I ask them about the new savoury flavour, the guy totally ignored me and looks so confused. Lastly, they never stirred the drinks.

Consistently LONG line up in store service is very slow. Food quality is also low Vs other Tim's. They use the wrong glaze or something... all their sour cream glazed, honey dip etc. Look wet always not shinny like they should it's weird. Brutal food quality
