Tim Hortons

I’m really disappointed with my experience at South Fraser Tim Hortons. I specifically ordered an egg and cheese on a plain bagel, but they added bacon even though I didn’t ask for it. This isn’t the first time this has happened, which makes it even more frustrating. If customers clearly mention their order, it should be followed properly. Please pay more attention to order accuracy.

I visited this Tim Hortons today around 5 PM and ordered a hot chocolate and a steeped tea. The service was excellent—the girl at the window was very polite, and her warm, genuine smile made the experience even better. Everything was served perfectly, and I truly appreciated the customer service. A big thank you to Kamal, whose smile made our day. Highly recommend this location to everyone

I’ve been visiting this Tim Hortons location for about a month now, mostly at night for coffee. I usually order a French Vanilla with an espresso shot or sometimes a cappuccino. Unfortunately, almost every time I go, I’m told that the machine isn’t working.nnIt’s been quite disappointing because this keeps happening repeatedly. If certain drinks aren’t available during night hours, it would be better to inform customers clearly instead of saying the machine is down every time.nnThat being said, the staff is good and the customer service is also very polite and friendly. They handle customers well, which I appreciate. I just hope the management fixes the machine issue soon so customers can actually enjoy the drinks they come for.

I ordered a normal wrap crispy without tomato. The first time i got the wrong one, i went to get another one, only to have the employee hand me the wrong order again. Waste of money

Keep up the Good work and keep the restaurant clean. These worker's serve coffee everyday and deserve the respect for the hard work. They make an amazing ice cap. Every restaurant should always be tested for bacteria and the health and safety act performed to the fullest.
