Starbucks

Went there several weeks ago and they left me standing there waiting ages for a sandwich. I patiently waited and they saw me standing there so I assumed my sandwich was being made. I asked if it was ready yet and turns out it had been sitting there ready for a while and was almost cold. Then one of the young guys grabs it and runs out into the kitchen/back area with it and comes back in. I'd been waiting so long my friends were almost finished, so I just got my money back. Very little in terms of an apology. Service was terrible on that day. Been in before and it was fine.

I live this place. Nice and warm. They work fast. Everything is fine. They make you happy.

Always prepare right orders fast. Cozy place. I like this place.

Every time I visit they seem more interested in taking selfies than doing their job. Very disappointed in the standards the company sets to allow this behaviour.

Service always slow. Was told to come back after 2 to get a free holiday drink . Show up in drive thru been told I was wrong. Had to wait forever in drive thru to get out.
