I was so impressed by how many games they have. They encourage local businesses by carrying locally made food and drinks. You can go on their cheap Tuesdays and just hang out and play board games for hours. It's one of my new favorite "what should we do tonight" options.

A perfect place for an afternoon / evening getaway with a small-medium group of friends. The board games are fun and varied, the staff are all wonderful and kind, and the food options are packed with local, delicious ingredients. Coming with an open mind and a willingness to learn and play new board games will make it an amazing experience. Fair warning, though: as the evening wears on, and the more crowded the space becomes, it can get quite noisy and lively. However, they do have a separate room that's reasonably soundproof. All in all, Boardwalk Cafe has left a fantastic impression on me, and you can be sure I'll be visiting many more times in the future.

This place is phenomenal! Excellent service and experience with most games, it was a great environment for a sunday evening!

A fun and welcome atmosphere. They have all the board games you could want, and if they don't then they very well might get them! The snacks are great to go along with your games as well.

This is simply the best new hang out in abby. Stop in for a treat and game if you like. But even if you don't feel like playing it's still a really fun place to hang out in. Great for kids and the kid at heart. Amazingly kind owners. Awesome staff. Good food, coffee and popcorn that's way better than anything you'll get at a movie theatre. Check it out, if you haven't already!
