Verde Cocina Hillsdale

This is by far my favorite place to eat in the Hillsdale area. I make sure to stop here and get the homemade tortillas and guacamole at least! Service is always super friendly. The food is always absolutely amazing. I have a pretty strict diet and these guys can always accommodate. Their daily specials are always extra delicious, too!

I go out of my way to stop by this place. Great whole food plant based meals with nice selection of meat. Friendly staff and great cozy location with summer outdoor seating. Nice hand crafted cocktails and daily specials. I love this place! Funky gravel parking across the street.

I have never had a bad meal here. Super delicious and healthy. I love the paleo options and the flourless desert cakes.

My husband and went for the happy hour food. My first visit and I was impressed with the food and service. Best mole sauce I've had since living in Texas!

Entire restaurant is gluten free. I highly recomend the hand made corn tortillas with guacamole. The desert is always good and changes frequently, genetally only one option is available. I have had gluten free milk cake, gluten free and vegan cheese cake with a nut crust, and flan. All 5 stars! Their mole is amazing! Indoor seating is upstairs a very steep stair case with exception of the bar. I do not see how this restaurant could be compliant with disability access regulations. If stairs are an issue skip this gem. There is seasonal outdoor seating at the street level.
