Awful costumer service today at Starbucks, Île Perrot location. I went by drive-thru and had some questions about their special offer for today. The lady was so rude and impatient, so much attitude. She then had another lady serve me and that lady had no patience and was very rude as well. Never ordering from Starbucks again. Only reason I go to Starbucks, and don’t mind spending a bit more on a coffee, is because of their amazing costumer service… but after being disrespected today I will not be supporting Starbucks anymore.

They must have either recalibrated their machines, or they continue to charge me for an extra shot and don't give it to me. Shrinkflation. Shame. 7+bucks for a weak coffee, no thanks. @homebrew !

This place is not clean when they give my coffee it smell like poops and when I drank this I vomit and all never come at this place and this is very disgusting

I have been going to this Starbucks for years as I live close by. Ever since they re opened it is horrible the service. I go a few times a week and always get the same drink. I always ask for light on ice. The last 3 times I went the whole Venti cup was basically just iced. Such a waste of money. SO SO disappointed.
