Tim Hortons

Saturday 11:30 am. Drive thru has 12 cars we decide to go in. Line was short, 2 people before us, shouldn’t be too bad…nWell it was because it was really busy and they Only had 2 employees serving the counter while doing the cash. Meanwhile an employee is literally mopping the floor where the 2 employees are desperately trying to work and take care of the customers. Where’s the management on your busy days ? Why is an employee mopping the floor where other employees are trying to work and when you have an huge line up? It’s disappointing that the service just keeps getting worse. The cherry on top - they put donuts with icing in a bag with no paper on top of the icing so guess what happens when you try to take it out .. all the icing ends up on the bag ! And then for some reason this chocolate glazed donut was caramel filled and not good -Threw it out.

And when I asked the employee about my order he addressed me rudely. He seemed to be a supervisor or a manager, at least a senior employee. Give some customer service training to the employees, and anyone with rude manners should not have customer facing job.nAlso given the other ratings and reviews, seems to be a regular issue at this location to have employees talking rudely to customers and providing super slow service.

The staff at the counter is super casual, treats you like “why you choose them”nnNo greeting/ No thanks / NothingnnThey give me a bagel after 15 minutes Forgot to makennNo body even came to ask, if I miss something or notnnAfter requesting, they made it.nnIf you want to spoil your mood, want to see attitude, want to curse yourself for going to this place then you are most welcome to go there.nnOtherwise better drive few extra miles.nnI suggest them to hire better staff at lest for taking the orders and distributing them

This tim hortons was trash. Waited 10 minutes in a long line that wasn’t moving. I went to a&w across the street instead and was served right away and got my food within 3 minutes. I came back to the Tim hortons because my friends were there and had mobile orders and they waited 30 minutes for the food. They went to go ask where it was and it was all ready they just didn’t decide to call their names out for their orders. Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs. Food was also trash, my friend got a grilled cheese and it wasn’t even melted.

Been here twice. Staff is very messy and don’t care about customer service. Food and napkins scattered throughout the back. Ordered a sandwich and took over 20 mins. Asked the lady behind the cash a few times. After the third time she was annoyed at me for asking.nLeft without the sandwich.nThis Tim’s isn’t well managed. Lines out the door. Drive thru lines always super long.nNeeds a serious overhaul and management or ownership change.
