Went in on Sunday afternoon and waited in line. Staff were juggling multiple tasks. informed them i placed order via app and they quickly gave me the order as requested. Seems clean, efficient staff and plenty of parking around.
After messing up the drink for the 3rd time, they basically tried to refurbish the same drink that they messed up. Seems like this store is run by a bunch of teenagers as they take short cuts and the easy way out. Starbucks customer service has gone down the drain.
The girl was super nice. She remembered me from the other Orangeville Starbucks. Fast and friendly service. Nice renovations. It's been open since 14 Feb 2019, so they've been open just over a year. Has drive thru. Convenient location. Needs a bigger sign showing its there.
Hands down the best Starbucks in southern Ontario. The baristas are always super friendly and the drinks are consistently on point. We always come to this Starbucks, even though it isn’t the closest one to us. Highly recommend visiting this place.
Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. We were standing in front of the cash counter and the server didn't even acknowledge us. The washroom had no soap and when asked for a sleeve for the hot coffee, we were told to wait for a few minutes, even after waiting, no one bothered while they continue to do what they were doing. Not the warm welcome and customer service that Starbucks is known for...very dissappointed! Date - Oct 10, 2022 Time of visit - Around 7 or 7.15 pm
This is a great location... if you were to customize your beverage, they will get it right the first time. Only issue with this location is poor phone network.
It was busy when we got here. I was disappointed that my white mocha didn't even fill up to the top; I felt that it was not worth it to come to this location any more.
I mean it's a Starbucks, as advertised. I normally wouldn't review, but the people working there were all very friendly, hence the 5 stars.
I was served old coffee while the new one was being brewed. I waited 20 minutes for it but thought I would at least get to try the new batch! Terrible.Service: 1/5
Constantly receiving wrongly made drinks, once drinks are made properly they are pretty good
