While the staff might be friendly, the prices are different here. You will pay $11 for a double cheese burger with a fry and coke. This is normally $6 and change everywhere else. Order accuracy here isn’t the best either. The food itself was quite the disappointment. The french fries were old and soggy and my burger looked like it had been put together by a two-year-old. So I paid more for food that I didn’t want and the quality was absolutely horrible. when I asked about the value menu They said they “don’t do that” and then said they don’t make the prices. You do make the prices when you charge more for a value item and I will make my choice to report your McDonald’s and Warn others of the service that will receive when attending here.
It was nice and clean place. Everyone that works here are doing a great job. They work their hardest and get everyone’s order out as fast as they can. I recommend you to come eat at this McDonald’s if your trying to find somewhere to eat. The food is here is fresh and very delicious. They have a clean sitting area for people to come and eat in.
We tried ordering a Junior chicken meal with upsized iced coffee and fries but the staff got our order wrong after we repeated what we wanted 3 times. Instead, she made us pay for a small and a medium coffee, a “LARGE” fries as pictured and a Junior chicken. Not sure how it was so hard for her to understand what we wanted. And also HOW THE HECK is this a large fries??????? A small fries literally has more fries than this. What a scam.
Today I pleased so much with their service and cleaning. They not only have good staff but also they serve happiness as well. I like their customer service like the donation scheme they are offering now with free coffee coupons, is really awesome which actually have benefits for the customers as well as. Being a regular customer I always see smile on their face either its front counter or drive thru.... I really appreciate their service n suggest everyone to visit here.
The order take took my order very well, I didn't have to wait long for my order and the food was nice and hot and fresh. The managers were controlling the staff very well because the crew was doing a great job communicating with each other to get people’s foods. Overall great service! Highly recommend coming to this location.
On my todays visit I observed that it was such a busy place but their co ordination among the team was excellent which makes it more beautiful. Although they were busy yet they serve food very quickly along with accuracy , and all the area was super clean. They have special service to make every guest special. I appreciate their work and consistency. Apart from this, their new fruit splash drinks are really super... I personally suggest to visit here and enjoy your meal in such a positive environment. Because their care about customers make them special.
I ordered from front counter and I feel very happy as there crews are very kind and humble for the service. They not only serve the food but also the happiness as well. The one thing i like the most they take care of kids as well, by providing drawing sheets after meal. They have a real homie environment.
The restaurant is nearly 50/50 for messing up food orders. I also wish they’d enforce the parking for curb side pickup. People just use the parking spot and walk-in. Makes ordering through the app to avoid the drive thru pointless. Also the app is no guarantee they get the order correct either. Parking: Find a way to enforce people taking up the cut side pick up
I've had several bad experiences here with wrong food being the status quo. It's McDonalds it seems to happen on average most places but this place is certainly above average for careless mistakes. I came in today with no cars in front of me and no cars behind me and I was asked to park out front and wait and they still messed up the order. May seem trivial but there is no one else ordering and they still couldn't pull it together.
Last 3 times I came I waited between 15 minutes to half an hour for my food. Relatively simple orders big Mac meal and chiken nugets today I came threw for breakfast and they got my order wrong but atleast it was done in less than 10 minutes. The staff Is polite and frendly but the training likely needs to be improved apon.Food: 3/5
