Went in on Sunday afternoon and waited in line. Staff were juggling multiple tasks. informed them i placed order via app and they quickly gave me the order as requested. Seems clean, efficient staff and plenty of parking around.
After messing up the drink for the 3rd time, they basically tried to refurbish the same drink that they messed up. Seems like this store is run by a bunch of teenagers as they take short cuts and the easy way out. Starbucks customer service has gone down the drain.
This is one of the worst Starbucks locations I have ever visited and I have visited many. I tried to order on three separate occasions and all 3 occasions I had issues. One issue in particular was one evening I went in to order a drink and I decided to run to the bathroom first. On my way to bathroom I feel an employee grab my arm and say hey you have to leave we are closed. I was so confused first of all the fact that someone grabbed my arm and second that I was being spoken to that way . She then said they forgot to lock the door and that they were closed. Ok that’s not my fault your lights are on and the door is unlocked ? The store looked open. So why not approach me nicely !? Who does that ? I should have called the police on them for assault.
I asked for a iced hazelnut latte cali style bc you know I love my caramel. My drink had 0 caramel what so ever and my drink was warm… Starbucks is not cheap.. I went back and asked for some to be drizzled on top. That’s when the girl working said she’d had to remake the drink as if it was the biggest inconvenience…I think her name was neha. uhmmm isn’t that your job if it wasn’t done the first time? It really didn’t seem like she liked working there. I’ve worked in customer service for years and that’s not how I would treat a customer. Terrible experience, I would hate to come back and see her again.
Very convenient location, friendly staff, and tons of seating. Service is also very fast and efficient. I wish the parking lot/drive thru had a better design, because it can be a challenge to leave your spot when you’re blocked by drive thru customers.
The girl was super nice. She remembered me from the other Orangeville Starbucks. Fast and friendly service. Nice renovations. It's been open since 14 Feb 2019, so they've been open just over a year. Has drive thru. Convenient location. Needs a bigger sign showing its there.
Ordered an English Breakfast tea and specifically asked for a vegan sandwich. Received an Earl Grey tea and a sandwich that had a Beyond Meat patty but with cheese and an egg? Will not return. Vegetarian options: Lacking education/basic knowledge
Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. We were standing in front of the cash counter and the server didn't even acknowledge us. The washroom had no soap and when asked for a sleeve for the hot coffee, we were told to wait for a few minutes, even after waiting, no one bothered while they continue to do what they were doing. Not the warm welcome and customer service that Starbucks is known for...very dissappointed! Date - Oct 10, 2022 Time of visit - Around 7 or 7.15 pm
This is a great location... if you were to customize your beverage, they will get it right the first time. Only issue with this location is poor phone network.
The staff are so warm, friendly and welcoming. A lovely start to one's day!Food: 5/5
