Starbucks

Definitely below the standard I expect from Starbucks. My breakfast sandwich was barely warm and thrown onto the plate. Wrong sauce. Coffee not hot enough either. Sprinkle listed as nutmeg was actually chocolate. Upstairs closed. Couldn't really get any worse. Avoid this branch!Food: 1/5

I was in London Waterloo on a busy Friday morning at around 10am and decided I needed to grab a quick drink and noticed Starbucks which was just next to the gents toilets. This Starbucks is smaller than some of the other ones however it has a seating area downstairs and upstart to accommodate the large number of guests it undoubtedly has to deal with being at London Waterloo. This Starbucks has the usual snacks and pastries you would expect from any Starbucks. During my visit the staff where no doubt under pressure but remain calmed and served the customers quickly and efficiently until it was my own turn. This Starbucks was surprisingly clean considering the turnover of customer who walk in and the tables did not have any litter on them which was a welcome surprise so no need to ask anyone to wipe down the tables. I would highly recommend this branch of Starbucks if you ever happen to be at Waterloo station.

I think this unit has a massive opportunity but due to the way there shop is and not having enough equipment its a shame actually. Being a regular customer i feel the team working here is really being mistreated they don’t have the resources to operate properly every 1 or 2 weeks 1 of there machine goes down when i spoke to team just out of curiosity they were lots of us waiting for being served our drinks but since one machine was not working they were doing there best to keep up the guys was apologising almost to everyone and they had some brownies fare enough they done a alot but that won’t comensate the time lost waiting for coffee. Am only putting 5 Starts because i felt the team is doing everything they could to cope with what was happening so a bit if focus and giving them the needed equipment will help the team alot.

Simply wow…coffee is really nice…ample seating space…gets quiet busy during rush hour

Best customer service ever and great breakfast. It always clean and music is always following. Staff are extremely nice and build good relationships with customers. My coffee served very fast considering how busy they get. I will recommend to everyone.

Loved my Double chocolate chip. It was made perfectly. Shoutout to the lady at Starbucks who made me her extra add-on creation

The coffee itself was excellent. I really appreciated the rich, bold flavor of the blend. Additionally, the latte art was a nice touch and added to the overall presentation of the drink.

I have been a loyal customer for years and have always had an amazing experience. The coffee is always delicious and the food is fresh and flavorful. The baristas are also very friendly and helpful.
