The place has the best Bubble Tea in Waterloo area! The folks who work here are so sweet and a ball of happy energy. I have tried their bubble tea multiple times and it’s always great. They also have little desserts which are great. I’ve never tried their sandwiches here though. They no longer have a dining area so it’s takeout only. The pricing is very nominal. The store also houses a variety of items - board games/ toys and stuff from other local businesses depending on the time of the year. I’ve gotten some lovely finds here! It’s a great way to support local businesses. Definitely must visit to grab a beverage at least.

This is my go-to place for bubble tea! Everything about the shop feels welcoming and warm, and the drinks and food are phenomenal. Occasionally, this has started happening to me the last few times I've gone, the staff draw small, cute drawings on your order; it made my day! They are very accommodating with dietary restrictions and provide you with your order promptly, even if you have a larger order. The people who work there are generally very friendly and will help you out with your order if you are struggling to make one choice, which I appreciated my first few times going. I'd highly recommend if you have kids or are simply stopping by the area, wonderful shop!

LOVE THIS PLACE! I would honestly give it 5 stars but yesterday when we went it took about 20 minutes to get our drinks and then another 15 to get our grilled cheese, so it was a little ridiculous for the wait especially because they didn't look busy BUT it is always delicious and worth the prices. I love the flavors they have and the sizes are amazing as well! We will definitely be coming back here to enjoy more!

Best bubble tea ever. Tried for the really first time. Till now I had mango, passionfruit, blueberry cold and match hot milk tea with 50% sweetness honey. You can ask for toppings or add ons also. It was amazing Go and check it out guys if you never had. You will love it

This is the "sweetest" teashop around! With staff who love to work there, and so many new gifts and items to see every time I go in, this is my "go-to" bubble tea joint in Waterloo. Yummy teas, happy people, and plushies. Need I say more? OH! AND they often give back to the community see Food & Toy drive happening now.Food: 5/5

Sweet Dreams has been a staple in the Waterloo university plaza for many years. I love the unique names of the milk tea offerings. The tapioca is always chewy and the tea always hits the spot. Besides tea they also sell board games and fun home goods.

I really recommend saving some $ and going with the daily specials! The churro-chai milk tea was amazing. I wish I got the name of the cashier - she was super bubbly & kind. I ordered around 6:30pm Wed, Nov 9. I also love all the cute little stuffies inside as well. A unique & tasty bubble tea shop!

Nice little place. This was the first time I ever tried bubble tea and wasn’t disappointed at all. The lady at the counter was very helpful and answered all my questions. Happy with the customer service. Ordered 2 drinks, which were delivered in 5 mins tops.

BEST strawberry milk tea i’ve ever had. and reasonably priced, too!! and the little gift shop area was so cute <333

Friendly and welcoming shop with fairly priced items. You can also borrow board games to have a good time with friends and family.
