I order online and my order is always ready as soon as I get in, the staff are super friendly and as far as Starbucks go, this place does a really good job of feeling like a neighborhood spot rather than a chain.
As usual quality coffee and food! That organic spinach sandwich with with cheese was super perfect for my diabetic Uncle. Food: 5/5
I wish I could give this store a better review, but it seems that every time I do a mobile order which is about once a week I end up waiting over a half an hour for my drink! They have got to come up with a better system! I make sure that I mobile order plenty ahead of time and still have to end up waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a simple coffee.
Every time I go to this location I ask for extra cold foam and every time they fail to put any extra on my drink. This has happened 3 times to me now. They either see the customization and ignore it or they just don't pay attention. I feel bad holding up the line so I don't ask for a remake but still.... for $6 the coffee should be made right the first time.
This is the worst Starbucks in the area. Every time I stop which is less and less often even though it is on my way to work my drink is incorrect. The team shows a complete lack of care when making beverages and is more concerned with just getting the orders out. Do yourself a favor and choose a different Starbucks.Service: 1/5
I usually come here every morning for my coffee and get the same thing, this morning I went to get my Americano with light ice and it was only filled half way. I asked if she could fill the extra space and she just crammed it full with ice instead. My first thought was maybe the light water option I selected confused the worker, but all the other employees seem to get my 5 dollar drink right.
This Starbucks is consistently on top of things. Your order is always correct, prepared well, and almost always prepared in a timely manner.
This Starbucks has become our goto Starbucks in the area for multiple reasons. First, they make a good cup of coffee. Not all Starbucks are the same and some of the baristas know nothing about how to make an espresso. Another reason is the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. The also have fast service even when they get busy which seems to be rare now a days.
I asked a barrista with shrapnel and graffiti to please turn off what I called noise and she called music, so I could concentrate on what I was doing in peace and quiet. She refused. As usual--with all Starbucks coffee shops--humans weren’t the only guests; a big, black fly continued invading my territory. Management never gets rid of flies or annoying noise music. This particular store was also too hot. I sincerely doubt the AC was on.
I think Starbucks is overpriced coffee, but this one has a nice location and nice interior.
