Best Dunkin in the area, hands down. Never got bad food, drink, or service from this location. People are awesome.Food: 5/5

Prompt service....dropped donuts and coffee off in the car...returned to use the rest room...dirtiest rest room I have ever seen in Dunkin...hope it's not indicative of the clean lines of food service area...Will not return

I ordered through the drive thru. Before covid I used to go to this Dunkin all the time. Since I’ve only been a few times. Went this morning and got a coffee and a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich. I asked for extra bacon which was not added. There were also multiple hairs in the breakfast sandwich. The was the most disgusting experience I have ever had. I’m highly disappointed.

Customers can expect to wait long lines and also be told to “park and white” while they bring out your food to you minutes later- an unsuccessful attempt to make the slow car line be less slow. We paid for 2 orders of hash browns - on received one, paid for two tea bags - only got one, asked for veggie cream cheese twice - got plain cream cheese, and the employee was annoyed that we ordered anything other than a plain coffee therefore completely ruining the order. It's sad when people try to take advantage of a paying client. We will not go to this location ever again and will also tell all family members in the area to not visit this location ever again. All other surrounding DD's are much more attentive and actually get the order right. Extremely upset and bothered that we were taken for a ride and were burned solely for the fact that we didn't double check prior to getting home. I get one mistake, but a mistake for every aspect with the order is a slap in the face.

I walked in to grab my child A doughnut, And the person behind making food, a gentleman interrupted me while I was having a conversation and told me that I needed to have a mask on. Which I have no problem wearing a mask in this instance I was in a hurry and forgot to wear one. It was not The fact he asked me to put a mask on it was the way he talked to me like he was a police officer or something with the disrespect in his voice. The best part about all this was, he wasn’t even wearing his mask correctly, it was below his nose. I will never ever go back to this location again.

Stopped by around midday today, crew was polite and served up a couple of ice coffees and some snacks quickly. Enjoyed what we had, wont hesitate to go back.

Always have a problem at this Dunkin. My workplace right near there. Cannot place a large order for meetings because they immediately say 'we are understaffed' . They expect me to go through the drive through to order boxes of Joe, muffins, bagels and doughnuts. Unbelievable. Staff also lacks in customer service skills. Go to Dunkin in South Hadley. Worth driving the extra few miles!

Don't work here. Don't order from here. I implore anyone who does to go to Belchertown instead. I really want to give this place zero stars as a person who works here. The inside is disgusting, especially the working conditions, the manager is rude as hell, there's been multiple people in here who have gotten terrible service at the drive through simply because the workers in the morning shift don't care, or they put all the work on one of their coworkers then make him feel bad if he messes it up. The manager is very discriminatory, and rude actively to customers, no one here wears their mask, I've actively seen someone spit in the coffee, etc, etc. Unasanitary, no communication whatsoever, understaffed but unwilling to hire just so they can always have something negative to talk about. It's awful and I can see why it's the worst Dunkin in county. It deserves to be.

Rudeeee employees! They don’t let you finish talking before the cut you off! This Dunkin’ is always a hit or miss but lately has been always a miss! They seem to always get my order wrong now!
