Why can't Cumberland Farms hire people with some kind of education or any kind of courtesy? These people are extremely rude and just plain stupid!!!! They gave me a hard time because I'm handicapped.
Best homemade pizza house around inside this place. Incredible hand tossed dough and unlimited toppings for $10. A+ pizza. Better then J&G or Gios
CF is price gouging at the gas pump. The AG needs to get involved.

I would give it 5 stars if they brought in Andy from the Granby store to be the manager. It's no secret that Andy has been held back and undermined by Robert. Andy has the right attitude, leadership abilities and he's got jokes for days.
I really appreciate the staff in Granby, I’m always greeted warmly with a smile and kind word. The service is great and store is always clean. Thanks for being my neighborhood store. Keep up the good work.
Gas prices here are hit or miss. It's either relatively cheap compared to everything else around or on the expensive side. The coffee counter can be a mess sometimes, but I have yet to see a cumbies that keeps it sparkling clean. Thanks to the people that leave their pumps running while going into the store no, I'm not kidding, there's no pump locks here. I've asked them about this before and this was the reason they gave me. Not a big deal, but it is really annoying when you have to fill a 30 gallon tank and cannot put your hands in your pockets when it's 20 degrees out. SmartPay app is fantastic, just make sure you have decent cell service otherwise it won't load at least LTE or a strong 3G signal. Overall not a bad place. It's close to home so I go here quite often for gas. If people weren't as crazy here and it was kept a little cleaner, I'll add more stars.
Andy is a God!!! He helps me pick out the right nicotine product and does it with a smile. He has limitless energy and has jokes too!!!! He never hits that "assistance needed" button that Robert hits whenever anyone walk through the door. Robert used to be the man at this cumbys but his excessive red Sox comments bother me. When the baseball legend Chris Corkum walked in to the store, Robert ignored me and left the register to go worship the baseball god and help him pick out a Gatorade that matched his color truck the best. Corkums cleats left infield mix all over the floor and Robert ordered Andy to clean it up. How dare Robert treat Andy like that!
The employees at Granby Cumberland Farms are always friendly and pleasant.
I'm giving a 5 star rating because we LOVE our local Cumberland Farms, but this morning I want to give them 2 stars for mislabeling what was supposed to be sausage egg and cheese empanadas... Really guys, What is going on down there today?!? I still love our Cumberland, but I'm a bit disgruntled about this
