Friendly and professional staff. Music volume is way too loud in this location one more than one occasion, can't get work calls done efficiently or Teams meetings like I do in other Starbucks. Only drive-thru at this branch from now on.
It has been my office since I moved to Granby. - Awesome staff - Music is at perfect levels - Quiet & cozy ‍ *It get a bit chilly when you’re there for a while, but it does not bother me*

Coffe and service is wonderful, but sitting indoors means having to whitstand an unxplainable humming low freq vibration cars on drive through, building, hvac or what?... it makes you feel sorry for the employees
Best place in town to receive a nice customer service
Very disrespectful drive-thru experience. Incapable of properly taking an order on one drink and to actually listen to simple details and then getting the eye roll, once at the drive-thru window. The drink was also not corrected as mentioned to us face-to-face at the drive-thru window. We were not able to enter the premisses and that has been a few weeks now.
The Lemon cake is unbeatable, my classic order with iced coffee, the best even when eaten on the street!
Interior was closed when we visited, service was slow but accurate in the drive thru.
