Seam like nice quiet place

Stayed last night. Older decor but it was clean. Office controls air flow so we both woke up in middle of night Hot. Great for one night.

Always a nice experience staying here, friendly lady at the desk, a nice cozy room, and they allow our dogs to stay with us. The is where we stay everytime we visit Yankton.

To say this is a nice place is to much, its ok. They were eager to get us in the room when we got there late at night, witch i really appreciated. I saw the one person there when i checked in in the morning. other than that there was no one to be found when checkout time came and passed. even when there was a note on the door saying when they would be back. I might stay there again if it was the last place i could find in town otherwise Sioux Falls is not that far away.
