Best Western Kelly Inn

Best place to stay, we stay here every time we are passing through. Exceptional friendly, helpful staff. 😊 Room is clean and the bed is just so comfortable. You must go there for a great experience, they have everything you need and want. Happy Travels!

1st time visiting, came up to try my luck FISHING. Now I have a metal cage in my back, other issues that make it difficult to walk far, go up flights of stairs etc. So I called and talked to Erica (I believe that was her name), she was extremely helpful and polite. I told her I'd like a room on ground level, and a room that has a window facing the parking lot where my vehicle and boat wood be parked. Now when I got there early afternoon on Friday Erica wasn't there but the guy and the front rest was also very helpful. I ended up getting a room at the corner of the building with a door on the interior of the building (of course) PLUS a door that leads right outside. Boy was that NICE!!! I did NOT HAVE TO tote my luggage in, carry it a long ways etc. literally just steps from my room!! There was ALSO an electrical outlet right there so I could plug an extension cord in and change my boat batteries. My experience here was GREAT and the FOOD at the restaurant was fabulous! Friendly, kind & helpful staff. Our kids Loved the pool and we enjoyed it as well. Free breakfast in the a.m. .. fitness center left a little to be desired, but I got my sweat on! Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Yankton, SD!

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly, except for a maintenance man when we mentioned we felt the pool was cold. There were several adults and children mentioning this. Kids playing in the kids pool were shivering and their lips were blue. Maintenance man said "it's not freezing, it's 83 degs." No, that's technically not freezing. But everyone was cold and complaining! The hot breakfast food was just okish...eggs had a weird taste.

Decent hotel. The lobby is much nicer than the rooms. Our rooms were clean, just seemed a bit drab. The hot water gets way too hot. Breakfast was good with lots of options and plenty of seating
