I had a very disappointing experience at Staples on February 21st at approximately 5:45 PM Saturday evening.nnThere was a female staff member stationed near the printing machines who was speaking in Punjabi with two individuals about how to find a job at Staples. I was standing behind them, patiently waiting for my turn. After some time, she appeared visibly upset by my presence, as if I had interrupted her conversation.nnWhen it was finally my turn, I politely asked for help since it was my first time using the self-serve printing machine. Instead of assisting me properly, she misdirected me and spoke in a rude and insulting manner. Her behavior felt intentional and completely unprofessional.nnI was there with my daughter, and it was very upsetting to experience such inhuman and disrespectful treatment in front of her. Customer service staff should be helpful, respectful, and welcoming — especially when someone is asking for guidance.nnManagement may review the camera footage from February 21st at 5:45 PM to verify this incident. I strongly believe this type of behavior does not reflect well on the store and should be addressed seriously.

Drishti provided absolutely amazing customer service at Staples. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help me find exactly what I needed.
