I went into Staples this morning to print some extra invitations as we ran out last minute and it was so easy and efficient . Jagjot was really helpful and kind, she helped me to place an order online and provided my suggestions to improve the printing order. Upon request, she got my order ready in 15 minutes. Customer service was excellent.

I visited this store with my son and was struggling to find gemetry kit , my son was giving me hard time as he wanted to have same kit as his friend in school , staples staff harnoor kaur approached my son and asked how are you young man , i can help you to find a better box she got a box for him , he really loved it , i really appreciate harnoor help . My son was happy and so do i , she handled situation very professionally . My son love to go back to this store as 11 years boy got a wonderful experience . Thanks.

I went to this store a couple of days ago and was helped by Harman and Anubhav. Harman was able to help me get a better deal on my phone plan than I was getting at that time. Anubhav helped me find wireless headphones and gave me tailored advice for products. Both of there customer service skills are top notch and I would recommend others to also go to this location!
