She guided me through the printing process and even informed me about several ongoing promotions I wasn’t aware of. Hey i recently visit this store for photocopies and i was facing problem with printer so i went to counter and asked for help. This associate name Jagjot was there so i asked her to help me with this. So she just came and told me to go online and do some stuff i was trying to do what she told me to do but i was not able to do exactly the same meantime instead of helping me on counter she just go back to her coworker and start gossiping and laughing i was waiting on counter for help and when i ask him again she just start telling some other things to do from back there and dont even bother to come at counter and solve my problem so then this other associate came and help me with my problem. I dont know why people dont understand their job and meaning of customer service. She was there to help customer and provide good customer service. Hope this will not happen with anyone else. Thanks

Had a great experience at Staples, especially at the printing section. Most of the staff were very accommodating, patient, and professional. Whoever is answering the phone in the print department is so unreliable and rude! They first told me that they couldn't hear me over the phone when I wanted to ask a question, but got irritated and kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain my complicated print job I needed help with. After being on the phone for 5 minutes, they told me that my print job was too complicated and would not be done within the same day, which is understandable but they assumed I wanted it binded, which was not true as I was intending on cutting and stapling myself! I just needed a print job done, double-sided, with 2 of the spreads on a larger sheet as they differed in size from the rest of my booklet. How hard is it to be considerate and not push people away? Really disappointed.
