There Shud be option to zero star!!! The customer service we get from this store/company is terrible!!! We wasted the whole day waiting for our furniture delivery. The staff needs training on how to handle customer's inquiry. They give different information. Very disappointed!

I saw a headboard online. I went into the store and Pat was very helpful. He pulled the headboard out so I could view it clearly. I was concerned about the colour but the store manager, Lindsay was awesome and she said, that as long as I carefully opened the box and I didn't assemble it but just verified the colour in the lighting in my room I could return it. So feeling reassured I purchased it. Another very nice a ssociate loaded it in my SUV. Colour turned out perfect, price was good and if they didn't take a chance on me, I probably wouldn't of bought it. Thanks for the great service Jysk! Since I can't add another review, just a follow up from the above. The headboard went on sale and they gave me a price adjustment of over $50! Will definitely recommend this Jysk location to others!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly helpful service. They directed me to all the current deals and thanked me for my patronage.

The staff are very rude especially the ones in the back, went in for a couch and had a terrible experience will never shop there again.
