The staff at this location are excellent, so helpful and friendly!nThe store hours are not conducive to a business supply store. Opening at 10 am, when the rest of the business world has been working for hours already. I sat in the parking lot and watched 5 customers drive away when they realized the store wasn’t open yet. Four of us sat and waited in our vehicles for it to open.

I wanted to buy the Seagate 4TB SSD HD it was on-sale for $88.99 only to be told that the item I wanted was already gone and the price tag should have already been removed but it wasn't. So they should have ordered me one at that price. It's their fault, not mine. False Advertising.

Very rude to my mother in law, I just had 2 surgeries unexpectedly in 1week and I couldn’t come get my package laid up recovering I asked staples if I could give them permission for my mother in law to pick it up the lady said everyone has so many problems now a days I don’t care you can’t get her package.

Took 45 minutes to send one Parcel I ended up just going to Canada post for the rest they should not offer this service
