First off, pretty much every time we have been in the store we are greeted and asked if we need help. Also get asked if I need help as I wander around the store. Great service. Store would have 5 stars if the women’s section had greater variety. My wife can always find jeans, sweaters and sock, but they care little if any office apparel. This is a head office merchandising issue. A final comment, IceFx and similar “ice” boots really work. Bought Merrels two months ago, they use a similar non slip design. They REALLY WORK.
Extremely poor customer service. 4 employees on the floor, I am the only customer. Not one greeting, no offer of assistance. Went to try on a pair of shoes and one employee was actually sitting on of one the benches by the shoes and didn't move...... Seriously poor service they are fortunate that there is not much selection in Quesnel for shopping. They have a captive market!
Went in after work for new pants and i got absolutely no greeting, the employee looked right at me and didnt even smile back. Wandered around for about 30 minutes and still nothing and again the employee kept looking at me but did not smile, say anything or even approach. I even went into the change room and nothing. Once i decided not to buy anything because of the poor customer service I walked right past the employee and out the door and he STILL said nothing. Very dissatisfied with how this Maeks is run.
Worst marks ever. Your on a busy highway. How are you closed at 6 pm. Those who want your product aren't done work till 5 5:30.
Very poor management was there 6 weeks ago had products put away and products were to be ordered. Were gone. I tried to shop locally with the pandemic happening. went back a few times left messages then get a phone call a week ago asking if i wanted them ordered. I was there she had all the sizes needed to be ordered which she said would be no problem. Well there is is a problem not ordered and Mark's lost a sale over $1000 + taxes will not shop there again and will be known to others
Fella by the name of keygan I believe showed great customer service!
Good place for health care workers to get shoes and scrubs but the staff members are almost always no where to be found.
Good quality of clothing typical of franchise. Price is a bit high from other stores. Customer service is good. New Location, moved from previous building into new one closer to Wal-Mart.
Lady not wearing a mask properly was not told to wear her mask correctly by employees who were actually chatting with her. She was in the line-up to pay but off to the side. There was no attempt to tell her to not pull her mask down to her chin speak. Everyone else was following protocol, not too impressed.
I buy my work gear @ Marks, although i am a woman and Marks rarely has hi vis clothing that fits me as i am size sm, they have a great selection and i always manage to find items that help me get the job done !!!
