Canadian Tire

Thank you to Canadian Tire in Quesnel for promptly repairing my truck with care and attention to detail. Awesome service as always! P.S. it's my husband's truck don't tell him I called it mine hehe

Really poor service! Stopped in for oil and an oil filter. Waited patiently at parts counter for 15 minutes while employee was on phone. Then gave him info on filter needed and he went to shelf, none there. So he says they have some in the back and if I come back in a couple hours he would get someone to dig one out! I live 2 hours from Quesnel! Useless people! wonder why he he works here, I'll stick to napa.

Small store with limited amount of merchandise. Trying to find staff for help can very frustrating as they often don't want to help. The manager seems to keep the staff busy and almost every time Iv'e asked for assistance they have to stop what they are doing to be able to help leaving them annoyed. I feel guilty asking for assistance at this location.

I like this store. Good products & variety. Very poor service. Not helpful.
