Staples Mount Pearl

My daughters laptop picked up a malware virus. Brought it in to have it wiped clean and everything put back to working order. Stressed that she needed the laptop as she is a university student. Was assured that it would only be 2-3 days at the most. Now 4 days on and won't be ready for at least another 2 days or more. Not good enough. If you couldn't get it done for me in the allotted time I would have taken it elsewhere.

I've had many self inking stamps made by Staples. I always order online for same day service. Never experienced a problem. Vey fast turnaround and no mistakes.

Found a good selection of products I went looking for, at surprisingly good, competitive prices... AND met a sales associate (Dan) who answered my questions perfectly, and who gave me some good, honest useful suggestions. I made a purchase right away and I WILL be back to Staples for my next major 'techie' purchase!

I have always received prompt service when ordering online. On one occasion, an employee called me after submitting an online printing order as I forgot to request a method of binding. This service prevented a delay in my receiving the order.

I purchased ink and paper on Monday December 12th. My overall service was decent nothing over the top. And I'd like to add the store was not busy at all. While being served by the cashier Kate (who was somewhat friendly), at the end of the transaction she was waiting for my receipt to print and she proceeded to text someone on her phone, waited til she was finished and gave me my bill. I didn't think this was very good customer service. She has 2 15 minute breaks and a half hr lunch, this is when her phone should be used. I wasn't overly impressed.
