REALLY upsets me when employees close a store before the POSTED time. If you close at 7pm and it's 6:50, why would you shut down your systems...? The old man just wanted to get out of there and I understand that because we ALL have to work. If you're going to work then have the correct work ethics and learn customer service. My transaction would have taken literally 5 minutes MAX.
They always seem to have whatever I need which is wonderful in this unstable environment we find ourselves in. Service is always spectacular with very helpful staff.
I have gone several times and the service depends on who you get! I've had chap by the name of Jamie he is awesome! Extremely helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and goes beyond the call of duty. Others have not been so, just a frustrating experience.

I stopped there this morning May 4th 2022. I needed print centre assistance with a simple photo. My phone was 'blocking' the staples email that is required to make the print. Im am older. Im not super tech savvy. All i can say is wow the rude lady in the print centre totally ignored me. Other than to say you must be doing something wrong. Never offered advise or assistance what so ever. It was obvious she was more interested in what she was doing rather than helping her customer. i was the ONLY customer in the store. She managed to say to me follow the instructions. She knew i was struggling but chose to ignore me . So i left. Good luck. Shes not someone i would hire but i realize good staff is hard to find. She needs to smile a bit instead of taking her position as a way to demean others. Get off your high horse lady.

Weirdest service by an stressed out teller. No one in store and she could not cash me out at the regular register. Explaining too many people around the area. Only three staff were at the open register center and perhaps one other person in the store. Even forgetting to remove/ clear the security tag from my item, before jetting back to a hidden corner of the store. Very odd behavior. Not returning to that location for a very long time.
I was trying to print off papers, the lady was rude and ignorant just ignored me the whole time while I was being charged per second and it wasn’t even busy. Then someone else came in and she went to help them right away and continued to ignore me. I’ll never come back here. Waste of my time and money
I spoke with Adam who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful while discussing iPads and Chromebooks. Great product and tech knowledge, and very friendly. Super helpful in comparing products and choosing the best option for my needs.
FedEx and puralator service is absolutely rude and non professional. I was spoken to very disrespectful when trying to receive shipping quotes. This person should not be working with the public.
