This is the best UPS store EVER! Mike is fantastic and I can assure that my packages are packed properly and shipped timely. I receive many packages internationally to the USA and Mike has been so accommodating with my family when they are sending precious family heirlooms to me. Thank you UPS Bracebridge for a job well done.
Twice now, this UPS location has come through for me with last minute printing when I've been in a bind! I actually live about 3 hour drive from Bracebridge, but have a client in the area and had to call on UPS Bracebridge to print some urgent pieces/posters. Even over the phone and email, they are friendly, helpful and reliable. I will definitely be using The UPS Store in Bracebridge in the future and hope to one day meet the staff/owners in real life!.
I have used the UPS store in Bracebridge on many occasions and been very pleased every time with the quick, friendly, knowledgeable service - and I was just there and received great service again!! Thank you!!
For almost a year we have used Mr. Li's UPS Store in Bracebridge exclusively for all of our shipments globally without fail. The public may not realize that once their item leaves his store, it becomes the responsibility of UPS, and not the UPS Store. And if you have received a text or email asking for money from UPS, it's a scam. Try googling the tracking number before calling the store. UPS really should have a centralized Customer Service call centre that redirects calls and still helps clients without downloading to the their franchised stores. I would be willing to bet that any negative review here, has come from someone who has not spent two minutes with either John or Michael. Genuine professionals. These guys worked through the entire pandemic and faced every random stranger who came in the store and never missed a beat to make sure folks could at least send each other stuff and keep going. Frontline workers are not just in the ICU. I do not have anything against the good folks that work at Canada Post, but I will only take 3 months to get to the United Kingdom - once. Dedicated, courteous, pros that accomplish the mission at the UPS Store in Bracebridge on Hwy118 across from Starbucks. Good Luck Mr. Li Great Job!
The UPS notification system does not work. I was notified that the parcel that was supposed to be delivered on the 6th then the 10th then the 11th was apparently delivered today the 13th but it was NOT. Where is my package? Why am I being notified its delivered when it is NOT. I have been home waiting for this package all week. Unacceptable service
John and his team have always been incredibly helpful and reasonably priced. We've used them on many occasions for printed cards, labels, and products. They respond very quickly via email, and I've always been impressed with their customer service. Thanks!
Had a shipment scheduled to be delivered on Friday. Canceled due to "extream weather" even though it was sunny out. Monday morning stated it was in transit and then canceled due to "extream weather". Some how FedEx was able to deliver from the same location on the exactly the same day and same conditions but UPS can't. USE FEDEX!!!!
Never never never use ups. They use canpar in muskokas and it is the worst service to ever deal with. I spent 30$ to courier an envelope that was very important and was suppose to be shipped in 2 days. 10 days later it is still sitting in the warehouse in bracebridge
Their mailbox service is very useful. You get a street address to use for courier shipments and there's always someone there to sign your packages for you. I have so many friends who complain that their packages go missing because they were delivered to their home address while no one was home. Just get a mailbox here, it's affordable will take care of that problem.
An important parcel has been in the hands of UPS for weeks and they will not look for it. This is interfering with our ability to do business and is irresponsible on the behalf of a huge company
