I arrived at this store near the end of their shift to get my SIM card swapped. Trevor, Dakota and the boys were very understanding, polite, and cordial despite having to stay after their shift closed, while at the same time getting rerouted and waiting on hold for three different departments from my mobile provider.  The customer service was exemplary and they maintained a positive attitude the whole time I was there. Their positivity and professionalism kept the air light and I left in a very good mood. 10/10, 5 stars. Thanks guys!

Dakota was simply delightful and very helpful. He came right over to me and really talked me through the choices of speakers. He didn't try to talk me into the most expensive item even though he gets a commission, but instead wanted me to choose what really fits my needs. A very nice experience and I would go back just to be served by Dakota again!

I went into the source looking for a monitor with specific requirements. Before I was having issues finding what I needed. Stephen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and his assistance was very appreciated. If you need to visit any tech store in Muskoka I urge you to visit this one due to its excellent selection and impeccable staff.

This location went way above and beyond to help my wife and I purchase the perfect gift for our daughter for Christmas. The manager Trevor is a great! I’m more than happy to be a continuing loyal shopper.

I went to The Source to get my SIM card swapped. Dakota was very knowledgeable and helpful. He kept getting put on hold and shuffled around by my service provider and was able to maintain his professionalism. This should have been a simple task for the team at The Source but was complicated by the provider constantly rerouting the phone call to different departments. Dakota spent most of his day getting my SIM card swapped. I appreciate all the help!

I went to The Source to get a replacement SIM card and a new screen protector for my phone. Not only did I leave having my needs met, being charged nothing, but the service I received was above what I expected or anticipated. Alex, Jordan, Skyler, and Trevor went the extra mile to help me and were so kind despite my tricky requests. Thank you boys!

Highly recommend this store for the staff alone. The teamwork, attention to detail and equity to all that entered the store made my shopping experience enjoyable.
