Very UNCANADIAN and unfriendly line to pay for items.They still have a pandemic style line and a robot or computer controls you to the next available cashier... Stop treating people like sheep been to other Canadian tire stores without this none sense... knock it off this isn't a communist country.

Ordered a single item for pickup in the morning, went to get it in the evening and was told it couldn't be picked up because the order wasn't ready.nCancelled and went and got the item myself.nNot the first time it's happened with this store, which to me is the most stupid thing ever. Why offer same day pickup at all?

They always have a great selection of products and great sales. I particularly like that I can order online and pick it up from a lock box without having to go in the store. Also the website shows what aisle a product is in that makes it easy to find what you are looking for.

I wanted to leave A review for the garden center at the Bracebridge Canadian Tire store. This is something I never do, but felt compelled to leave one today. I had such wonderful service from a young gentleman who loaded 30 bags of mulch into my car, without hesitation, with a smile on his face and a super great attitude! Usually, this is something I don’t see often when you have to get somebody to do this kind of work. I even tried to give him a tip, but he refused and said it was his job and he could not take it. I told him I would give him a glowing review Instead, and he thanked me! Thank you so much for the great service Shubham, you Are setting a great example for all other employees !

Easy to find items by cel phone. Actual item can be found by flashing light on items ...excellent set up
