Need an office chair? Staples has great prices and selection, I was impressed! Purchased a chair, associate helped put the box in my car, got home to put it together and found the easiest instructions I've ever encountered, wow, that was a nice surprise! And LOVE the chair!
This 5star review is for Katie in print services only. I print there frequently and she is ALWAYS so kind and works so hard to get my prints done on a timely manner. She is also so communicative to me when my orders are done: she’s the BEST!
I’ve placed multiple orders at the store in the last few months. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly and given me tips or how to place orders to be sure they are done correctly. With my last order I placed online, a person named Liza called and left a rude vm stating I had put my order in incorrectly and I should come in if I had special requests. I returned her call and I explained I followed the instructions I was previously given when I placed my order. She told me I needed to provide a name or come in and point out the person or give a description of the person that gave me those instructions or she wouldn’t print my order cause she didn’t want to waste her time on my order. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered someone so condescending and rude. If you want great service when printing don’t go to Staples!
The printing department at Silverdale location is inefficient. I have a small business and and I’ve been dealing with them for the past 5 years. I recently went in to have flyers and business cards printed again. And they were in whole staff was different running around like chickens without heads. First they couldn’t find my file. Had to make a new one, I then put my proof on hold because I wasn’t ready to print yet. Went back in March and was told they couldn’t find my file. We made a new again. Waited for a call, I had to call back. Made changes, proofed went back. Waiting for another call, I called back, it’s ready to proof. Went back to proof, still wrong. The female I talked to on March 15,2025 kept complaining about how busy it was and that someone had to stay to help her out. I then made changes that was made previously again and left. Waited 4 days no call. I called, was told that the manager was on lunch, takes an hour and should be back in 10 minutes with a call. Waited until the store closed still no call. Went back to check if proof came in. Oh yes, yesterday. Why wasn’t I called, no answer by Katie. My original changes that I made on Saturday was not there. But there was a totally different paper with different hand writing was there for me to proof, again. Left frustrated! Went to another print shop down the street, was in and out in 10 minutes. Getting business flyers, business cards, window signage and A frame all proofed and going to be printed.nWhen asked Katie for refund, I was told because it went to the designer there was no refund. With all the crap I was put through I should have got at least a store credit or my money back. I shouldn’t have had to go back that many times. That has never happened to me before with the other manager. Not efficient, not good customer service, customers standing in line are being ignored. Terrible service, the worst!
At store looking for items related to business endeavors. Store clean, had multiple items for me to check out and Associate was very helpful. Even though I did not print on this visit, the printing services have been top-notch every time I've used them. Staples is always my first stop!!
